Onsite Analytics is a proptech startup focused on increasing net operating income for real estate investors through data-driven decision making. The platform combines proprietary hardware and software to bring clarity to maintenance, repair, and capital expenditure planning.

I partnered with the founding team to design the product’s early wireframes and establish a visual brand system that communicates trust, precision, and financial performance.

Challenge

Real estate owners often make costly maintenance, repair and capital expenditure decisions using fragmented or delayed data. Onsite Analytics needed to clearly communicate a complex hardware + software solution while establishing credibility with serious investors and operators.

Product & UX
